Delete Your Account

At Ademina Academy, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to support@ademinaacademy.it.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
2. Include the username or email address associated with your Ademina Academy account so we can verify your identity.
3. We will process your request and confirm once your account has been deleted, typically within 7–14 business days.

What Data Is Deleted

• Your name and email address
• Your username and login credentials
• Your course enrollment history and progress records
• Any personal profile information you provided

What Data May Be Retained

We may retain certain information for a limited period where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes, such as:

• Records of payment transactions (if applicable), retained as required by financial regulations
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you

Any retained data will not be used to identify you personally and will be deleted after the legally required retention period.
